Incredible but true... the Ottawa real estate market has now posted a third consecutive month of record setting sales. April, May and now June have seen the highest number of homes sold in Ottawa, ever, for this time period, including an astounding 418 condos sold in the past month.As a result we now have what is termed "low listing inventory", ie., not very many properties for sale, and bidding wars among buyers for those that are well priced and well maintained.
