Is the market slowing down?

Or is it just a bad start to the month, both weather- and market-wise? My caveman math counts 718 new listings in the first week of June but only 298 sales... and 297 price reductions.

I also note with curiosity the number of new listings that delayed offers to a specific date—yet are still for sale since the buyers did not line up as expected.

And why is that immaculate 1-bedroom with underground parking, fireplace and private terrace with BBQ hook-up still for sale at just $265K? Anyone???
